The Role

An opportunity has arisen at the award-winning Sheffield Students' Union for a Technical Services Committee Technician you will be responsible for the setup, operation and take down of sound, lighting and AV systems and occasional Stage Management at SU events.

Your skills

To be responsible for the set-up, operation and strike of sound, lighting, AV and other production systems at SU events.

To ensure the stage area and event production areas are safe and clear of hazards (also taking on the role of Stage Manager as required).

To oversee and mentor junior members of the committee during events.

Salary: £9.20 (£8.21 Base Rate + £0.99 Holiday Entitlement) 

Hours: Various
