Flex: Safety Steward

The Role

Are you confident, disciplined, trustworthy, a good team member, friendly and enthusiastic? Join our popular and professional team providing a quality evening safety presence at our clubs, bars, functions and concerts. Successful candidates will be expected to undertake in-house Safety Steward and First Aid training and ideally have experience working in a similar role.

Key Duties Include:

- Managing and observing the Health and Safety of customers whilst on site (including beginning, during and after events)

- Monitor crowd activity and report issues

- Securing fire doors and exits during events

- Address any issued raised by the Event Supervisors or Security Managers

- Steward for the front-of-house & stage areas during events

- Maintaining excellent customer service in all interactions with guests

Contract Type: Flexible (zero-hour)


Salary: £12.21 per hour


Specific Hours: Flexible
(Averaging between 5-18hrs per week term time)
